Liver worries

Does anyone else really worry about their liver? It's getting to the point of obsession, so much so that I'm going to the doctors on Friday to ask for a liver function test. It's crazy because the liver repairs itself right? But for some reason I am convinced I have some kind of liver problem D: :weep:

I fear that to sometimes, I just went to my doctor and got a whole whack of blood work done including my liver, I to worry about that sometimes to. Just go get some blood work done you will feel better.

Can you just ask for blood work or do you have to have the symptoms of something wrong for them to do it? Because I have aches in my abdomen but I don't really have anything else like the yellowing of the skin or anything.

I went into my doctor and thought I had an illness so the doctor put down a whole pile of tests. I would just say I want to get blood work done on my liver, it's your health your body the doctor should not say no, just ask for the test you will feel better.
