is this just a head ? tight muscle in neck ?

Past 8 days now ive had a horrible headache started in nape of neck upto topof heas an on forehead it feels so sore top of neck actualy feels like my h
head is in a vice an it wont go no matter what ??

I have that sometimes, it tends to be if I've slept funny. Is that what yours could be? Maybe you're anxious and tensing up?

Lizzie weird u.say that my bf says the same cos i always sleep with my neck bent up :( i cant lay flat as i suffer with acid reflux so have few pillows under my neck

Look up myofascial trigger points. I have chronic neck / temporalis / jaw / shoulder pain from these. It can be treated from massage, but it is not always easy and I've been busy with other things. Look up Paul Ingraham and read that.
