Hi, I've had depression and anxiety on and off over the years, mostly I think caused by social anxiety. In recent years I have had some bereavements and the social anxiety has returned very painfully! I am in the older age bracket, but eternally young at heart. and would like to know if there are any others in their fifties on this site. Oh! I am female

Im in my late 50s and female too. Ive suffered anxiety/panic attacks for many years. Ive had a couple of bereavements lately which has made anxiety worse too. Started cbt again.
