I'm doing work experience on a farm and having a lovely time. I'm a bit nervous about horses, which they know about, and they've really thrown me in at the deep end, which fortunately I feel ready for.
I've been brushing them and leading them up to the field and stuff, and though I don't think I'll ever be a horse-lover, I'm warming to them slightly.
There's just one thing I need to know. How do you go through a gate with a horse on a lead, and close the gate behind you, when you shouldn't stand behind a horse?
