As posted in the welcome thread, I had a prescription for Propranolol back in August 2011, I still have a majority of the pills left and was wondering when is best to take them.
I suffer from anxiety in new surroundings but it is most prevalent when I'm going on a trip somewhere. Tomorrow I'm due to fly to Scotland for a meeting for 2 days involving staying over in a hotel (there's a 2 hour drive involved but I will be with a colleague). Is it best to try and take it first thing in the morning before I leave, or before I go to bed?
I have the 80mg slow release capsules so I don't know if they'll work straight away or if I'll spend the whole day asleep! I want to make sure I don't stress too much and kick off my IBS.
