shelf fell on my head :(

hey guys well 2 days ago a cube shelf fell on the right side of my head as you can gather it really hurt, well now that side of my head feels weird and getting weird pains there also pains and a weird feeling in my right eyelid and ear (same side I hit my head) :( on the verge of a panic attack first one in months and months!! :(
