Just thought I'd make a newbie thread :) My name's Ceilidh (it's pronounced "Kay-Lee", it's Celtic) and I'm 22. I'm from South Wales :)

Hi Ceilidh and :welcome:

I read your other post and how much of a worrier you are. I am a worrier too. When I went 7 years ago for cbt and after many sessions was told I will always find something to worry about. And that is so true. I worry when my son is late home from work, when he is out socializing, I could go on and on.
I suffer from anxiety/panic attacks.
I am now back getting more cbt as I have been worse lately.
You are not alone in this and I hope you find info on here that helps.:)
