Bulging veins?

My veins in my arms and legs keep swelling up for a few seconds and its really scared me also my feet and hands have felt cold and looked almost purple afte getting out of the bath. aswell as a rash on my legs and arms? Currently freaking out help :-(

I'm only 17 and have recently started jogging and swimming. Also there is no swelling in my arms or legs they just ache

If you're generally vascular all over and it doesn't last very long, I wouldn't worry about it. This happens to me as well, a blockage would make it remain that way for a long time, the symptoms persist for a fairly long time, I would see a doctor
