Very new to all of this

Hi people
I dont even really know where to start apart from im really scared. I have for the last 5 years or so had HA but its really bad at the moment.
I have joined here really to see if anyone else has feelings like me or im just a nut job lol. Anyway im off to see the HA part to see if anyone else is feeling like me.

I have HA for years too, its been playing me up quite bad recently.

:welcome:You are definitely not a nut job!! I don't have HA myself but can completely sympathise with anxiety in general. I'm sure you will find support and help on the forums.
