I am going to walk to work today by myself and i feel sick...its only a mile away but im so nervous, i have not walked by myself for over a year.

I cant even take the dogs up the lane for a few minutes now! I think I'm scared of feeling ill, away from home!! Mad cow!

yes it went ok, i had all the lightheaded and that seem to stay with me all day, i am suffering from side effects at the moment too
I even walked around the supermarket by myself aswell and shopped while hubby and kids waited in the car
