Often I feel very nauseous in the morning like my stomach hasn't woken up. It's like that feeling you get when you wake up in the middle of the night and the thought of food turns your stomach and gives you a nausea feeling in your throat. I have that right now. Plus I have pains as I have a D attack last night.
I had my breakfast as I was hungry but by the time I got to work I felt sick because of it. It really is like I haven't woken up properally. I have been very tired this week and it is also the first week back on my pill after my TOM break and I am sure that has something to do with the nausea as well.
It feels a bit hot in my stomach and the nausea gets a bit better when I burp. Which makes me think acid reflux but there is nothing coming up my throat and I am on PPIs. I am trying to come off the PPIs but I have only reduced my dose by 3mg (1.5mg less for one month, then another 1.5mg off for another month) and doubt that would make such a difference.
I do seem to get it worse the week after my TOM as my IBS gets worse then.
Just wondered if anyone experiences the same feeling?
