Twitching and pulsing

Hi, I am getting these heavy head sensations still where my head feels like its throbbing or twitching. It just feels like my whole nervous system is on edge.

I had these really bad about a month ago. It felt like a pulse in different parts of my head, usually above and behind my right ear. Like a good hypo, I eventually moved onto other health concerns and haven't noticed it sense. I'm 99.9% sure it's caused by stress and anxiety, but if it doesn't go away in a couple weeks, pay a visit to the doctor. They'll probably say the same thing.

I get this all the time, like a popping feeling as I like to describe it just above my ear on the side of my skull....it's very alarming but I got to notice I only get it when my anxiety is at a high or when I'm extremely tired. I wouldn't worry. But get it checked out if it continues purely to put your mind at rest :)
