Confused&scared

Hey, I've been doing really well recently but for the past 4 or 5 days I've been feeling regular twitchy/fluttery movements in my stomach. It feels just like a baby moving. I did a pregnancy test a couple of days ago and it was negative. I don't have any periods due to the pill that I'm on. I'm now scared to death it will be something sinister. I can't understand what it can be.
In the past I have had the odd feeling like this which has turned out to be gas but that has only been very occasionally, but today I have had these feelings 30+ times already.
Am I going mad?!
