pregnancy problems and getting worried

hi everyone. im 28 weeks pregnant and ive been finding sex quite painful is this normal with pregnancy? i have had an itchy vagina so i went to see the nurse and she said it was probably thrush so gave me some canasten cream which was easing the itching. im so scared coz if sex is painful then its gonna hurt so bad pushing a baby out. has anyone experienced this? could there be damage to my cervix? you reckon its serious?

Don't worry! It won't be anything serious :) try a position that doesn't let him go as deep, I've had to do that since the start of my pregnancy. The joys xx
