Pins and needles

I've had a lot of pins and needles lately in my left hand, sure it's worse when I think about it, also get aches in my left fore arm and top of same arm. Anyone else get this, maybe pins caused by tense arm muscle or is it good old anxiety?

Could be caused by repetitive strain injury or bad posture. I was suffering from similar symptoms for a good couple of weeks until I got a new chair and began to make sure I sat properly in it with good back and shoulder support. Maybe try adjusting how you sit to try and make your left arm more comfortable and see if that helps at all.
