White sore patches in mouth ? Help!

Hiya I keep gettin sore white patches in my mouth It hasn't worried me before as I have braces on and they catch the inside of my cheeks a lot and make them sore I also bite my mouth inside a lot could it be anything more serious It's all started seeing something about oral thrush and mouth cancer that's scared me any advice x

im going through this exact worry at mo with two pale lumps on side of my tongue on the same side i have two lumps in my cheek im so scared doctor and dentist said ists all ok but because i keep going back has referred me to specialist my app is in 2 weeks i am so convinced its c word ,yours sounds like problems with your braces and also clenching x
