Blood pressure

During my doc appointment he did my blood pressure again, it was 135/88, he said that was ok as last time it was 156/92, does anyone know if my blood pressure is normal?

With anxiety blood pressure spikes, it can be both high and low and is not a realistic indcator of real blood pressure. The limit for normal blood pressure is generally about 140, but that is resting etc. I would not worry unless your doctor is worried.

I agree I have had mine reach 160/90 when in real panic mode but Doc is happy that it is mostly slightly top end of normal what ever that is, only have to mention BP and mine goes up, I think its age related as well, Docs would give you meds if they thought you needed them I am sure.
