Should pain in left shoulder/arm/back be cause for alarm?

Hi guys-

I'm pretty sure it's my health anxiety kicking in, but some advice or reassurance would be nice. Thanks. :)

I have pain/stiffness in my left shoulder, back, and upper arm. I of course did the worst thing possible and googled it. Any ideas of what it might be, or if this might be a heart attack?

i get this too and im still here 20 years on with no HA but it does feel like it, go to dr's to get it checked and for reassurance
