Hi guys,

My name is Dot and I have been reading around this forum for a while. I am suffering from major anxiety attacks for nearly a year. It's getting worst and i get no help from my doctor. I am on Citalpram since August last year, but it stopped working. I am still fighting but slowly it is taking me over. Maybe this will help me to cope with it...just a bit. I got to the point when i dont want to spek about it to my friends and family...they just simply getting more stressed and i dont want that. Thats why i am hoping that maybe here i can share my experience and listen to others and learn something new.

...Dot

Hi Dot
There's nothing worse, is there?
Go back to the doctor & tell him/her. There are so many things they can give you these days; but it may take time to get what is right for you! Best of luck xxx

Hi Dot 83. It really is so dreadful feeling like this. I sympathise with you. Think we get to the stage where we think we should shut up about it as
we do not want friends and family to get fed up with ud!!!!
But think it is very necessary to talk about it
Good luck to you. hopey
