Not sure if posting this in right place..! My name is Anne and I suffer from anxiety and panic, oh and constant worry have suffered I suppose for many years but had managed it myself up until last year were I had 3 deaths close family members and a car accident that knocked me for 6 .. Cut a long story short went to gp as always feeling lightheaded along with all other symptoms of gad and got given antidepressants which after 3 days I suffered all the side effects mentiond on leaflet. So there was no way I was going to take any more medication .. Just coming to the end of CBT which has been a great help oh and the lightheadedness was due to my ears and visual vertigo.. So there is light at the end of the tunnel , it takes a lot of Will power and determination x
