im back

well im back even though it has not been that long.. :shrug:month or so. but i,ve felt pretty good up until todAY. SLIGHTLY HAD MY ANXIETYS & I THINK REALY ALL IT BOILS DOWN TOO IS I,VE HAD A STOMACH BUG. my writings gone big i do apolagise ha,ha. i must of pressed something... anyway yea so but it,s been making me have funny feelings & whatever else anxiety doeS.... [EVERYTHING]so i feel pretty crap today. don,t know whats going on with writing & colours. im going to sult it now.xxxxxx thanx for listning...:yesyes:

Sorry to hear you haven't been well. Any physical illness always seems to trigger anxiety again. Hopefully you will feel brighter again when the stomach bug is better. :hugs::hugs:
