Does anyone else find themselves, in addition to endlessly researching symptoms of things, desperately googling cures or clinical trials for diseases that you don't even have and probably aren't ever going to get?? I find myself doing this all the time almost for security like well just in case I get this disease, there is some hope. Quite ridiculous when you really think about it...

I totally know what you mean.
I have really bad health anxiety, and I find myself googling symptoms and trying to find brain tumour survivor stories to see what kind of symptoms they have.

It's terrible, I feel like I'm always on the edge because I'm constantly worried about my symptoms :(
