My whole body feel like it is vibrating inside, I am not shaking on the outside only inside. I wake up every morning with the heavy feeling and vibrating feeling, this then stays with me all day. I just started taking sertraline and propanadol two weeks ago, but I'm worried that the vibrating sensation and feeling weak and tired are something serious! Is it anxiety related?
