I have many brain tumour anxiety symptoms, and a lot of overall anxiety.
But I seem to get this sensation in the middle of my chest, that I can feel sometimes almost in my throat. It is very similar to when you have a muscle twitching. It lasts a little less than a second, and when it catches me off-guard will usually make me skip a breath due to the "weirdness" factor involved. I feel it may be stress or anxiety related as it happens more when I'm anxious or even excited for something.
My blood pressure is great. I think it may be an anxiety thing?
