Sinus relief?

Anyone got advice or tips on relieving sinus discomfort?

As a long term sufferer I can sympathise. I put warm flannels on my face when the pain is bad and I also use a steroid nasal spray every day.

I've started using the steroid spray again though it doesn't help very much. I don't get a lot of pain with my sinuses, more discomfort and pressure.

Does the flanels help?
