In pain! What is it? :(

Two nights ago, I woke up with this pain right at the bottom of my tummy, just above my pubic bone. I didn't think anything of it and just assumed it was gas and went back to sleep. Last night I was woken up with the same pain, nipped to the loo and got back into bed but after going to the toilet the pain started to get worse. It sort of feels like an ache but every now and again, I get pressure with it too.

I woke up this morning and had forgotten about it but this afternoon it's come back :( I have a little back ache with it too and I'm getting ever so worried.

Could this be appendicitis? Ovarian Cyst? Water infection?

I don't think it's related to my period as I haven't had one for about six years now due to birth control. Plus in those six years I've never experienced 'period pain'

Any feedback would be really appreciated!

Sounds like wind or constipation to me, but can't diagnose obviously. If it's still bad in a day or two I would see your doctor and he can have a feel around :)

Oh to be constipated, haha!

Thank you Pancho, I'm going to see how it is tomorrow and if it's any worse, get it looked at :)
