Are there any self help books that are aimed at Generalized Anxiety specifically that anyone could recommend.

I suffer with GAD but rarely have a full on panic attack my anxiety is more that constant level with various physical symptoms.

I have never tried the self help route but am open to and have found CBT/mindfullness useful in the past.

Any advice gratefully recieved.

I was recommended 'Essential Help for your Nerves' by Dr Claire Weekes. I've only just started it but finding it helpful.
Another interesting read is 'The Chimp Paradox: The Mind Management Programme' by Dr Steve Peters.
Might be worth checking out?
