I my most anxious days recently I'm finding myself worrying about symptoms I had like a few years ago would they still be relevant now or when a symptom goes does that means its all ok x

I do that all the time! I try and connect symptoms I had years or months ago to some disease I think I have now! It's annoying!

Yeh I do that ! Like if I have a couple of symptoms of something I think I have now il end up have all the symptoms of a particular thing cus I go back about 5 years x
