Hi. Some of you are aware that my problems with anxiety are down to coeliac disease and I've been feeling great for well over a year now. All relaxed and calm.
This morning I was minding my own business, just paid a visit to the bathroom and was looking out of a window in the living room when suddenly I feel strange and I have a little panic. God knows why that came on. Then about 15 mins later another one. Wasn't one of the big bad panic attacks I used to get, but enough to give me the trembles.
Perhaps I just have to accept the fact I will get the odd one now and again and try and think it's my body reacting to something. Perhaps my candida is flaring up somewhere. My tongue feels like it's burning it bit, so it could well be the candida. I also feel cold, so it's definitely something physical. Curiouser and curiouser
I'm not going to start analysing it.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
