I stood alone in a supermarket today, to collect money for a charity.
As I was standing, I felt so anxious and was so close to handing in the bucket and other items, so I could leave, but no, I told my anxiety to give me a chance and stop giving me a hard time. It worked!
Don't know how much money I colected but I quite enjoyed being there in the end, looking at the fit men/customers lol. I stayed and collected for 30 mins ish. Less than I should've but more than I coped with, from when I was anx.
