ive got a meeting tomorrow to decide wether im sick enough to be on the sick, apparently ive got no chance of passing , despite having 7 hospitol discharges since august a p doc report, and a gp report im not ready to return to work , but have been told they go on the physical side of things rather than the mental doesnt look like ive got much hope, i need to be attending my mental health courses not working

I think they will take the mental side of things into consideration, and surely if you have a GP report saying that you are not ready to go back to work they will take notice of that???

i would like to think so i dont think it says those exact words but says im still mentally ill.
my gran has just been rediagnosed with cancer she is like a mum to me it has sent me back down hill again x

Is it an atos medical, they have to take mental illness into account.

Have a read on the workandbenefits site. ( or the other way round benefitsandwork)
