What Is Wrong With Me?

Hi guys,

For the last month or so I have been experiencing slight dizziness sometimes - not constantly (when reading - mostly at night), head pressure/pain and ringing ears. I don't have a clue what's wrong with me. I keep thinking it's low blood pressure because I'm on Propranolol, but I was fine with the medication before a month ago or so. Is it my anxiety or the slight depression I have? Is it my brain? My eyes? Ears? What?

Dizziness could be the tablets, anxiety or muscle tension which would also explain the ringing in ears. I get ringing in ears doc says its nerve compression from tense neck muscles.
