i have been a bit over panicky the past 2 weeks ,
so anyways my 1 year old has a cold and has had a cough for weeks
the doctors saying because of her last being of unwell now she has a cough very runny nose her eyes also a bit puffy shes ok still playing and stuff but a bit moody and crys easily so now i dont feel well after her haveing it 3 days now i woke up with a bit of a sore through my mouth feels very dry and thick
little headaches now and again like quick little pains around my head .....
sometimes i keep getting hot then goose bumps everywhere then very cold it makes me very anxious why does this happen i get worried in case theres stuff wrong with me now its all mixing with my anxiety symptoms iv taken 20mg of beta blockers they seem to help me relax if i didnt have them i would have about 231497329847892 palpations my belly feels funny and i feel of and on sick my ears sometimes go funny like i carnt really here that good and i think i have a blister are ulcer top of my mouth :weep:
