Weaning off Zopiclone

I think this is something to discuss with your dr. I have been on zopiclone ,when I came off it I had to take half a tablet every other night I struggled for a few weeks but am sleeping ok now.


Definitely see your dr though.

I'm with Mogwog. 9 Years is a long time to be on it and you probably need to set up a long tapering program with your doctor, I don't think seven tablets is going to be enough to wean off it, you need to speak to your GP and get some more to make the taper as easy as possible.
