I've just posted my worries about Mirtazapine, but I wanted to know if my OCD thoughts are usual OCD?
My original anxiety/phobia was with driving/travelling, and I could get through it with certain 'safety behaviours'. Bottle of water, phone, iPod, etc. But recently things have become worse.
I can't travel too far unless I have my finger nails painted - and a certain colour. I did have a panic last year when I found out a particular favourite nail polish was discontinued, but I've been able to cope with this.
I accidentally put a hair band on my wrist one day when I decided to use a hair grip instead. I now feel compelled to put the band on my wrist when I travel. I don't do anything with it, just have to have it there.
There are other things too, but these are the ones that have been bothering me as they don't seem 'normal'. I hate feeling like this, it makes me feel so rubbish :weep:
