Hi everyone!
I'm new here but I'm certainly not new to driving myself insane. I have been suffering with anxiety for 5 years now. I'm able to handle it usually but sometimes it explodes!
After having anxiety for a while, the ol' health anxiety became an issue and has been since really. I've been convinced in the past that I'm about to die and/or had every disease out there. Sounds ridiculous I know...
My most recent one is to do Lymph Nodes. Over the past couple weeks I've noticed small red spot like lumps/bumps appear in my armpit. One would appear, be sore and a bit red, then disappear. A day or so later, another would appear. Its driving me insane. :wacko: My ma reckons they are like little 'under the skin' boil's that don't pop. Or spots that don't pop. I don't know though. I also have a moveable pea like lump in my cheek, along jawline which can only be felt on the outside of my face.
I'm seeing the doc next week but that feels ages away. Anybody relate to what I've written...(sorry it long)m
