Hello Laura,

I just got your message and am of to sleep now so I'll message you tomorrow. There are lots of lovely people and support on here so ask away. I too only joined today, and so far I'm pleased I did and have been chatting to another lovely lady who is so similar to me - which is very reassuring lol. If you are feeling very anxious now, as corny as it sounds breathing properly does really help. Or some fresh air in the garden (I know it's late). A nice lavender bath helps me too, or a warm milk drink might help you sleep. Mindfullness meditation is also great and there are some great videos on YouTube to guide you. Just trying to think of things to perhaps help you to calm a bit now if your feeling wired.

I hope you relax and get some sleep, and chat some more tomorrow.

Yes they really do work. There are you tube videos which teach you deep breathing and other tips on how to relax and help your anxiety. Have you been to a doctor yet
