This has happened the past few nights and it's been keeping me awake. My legs feel like they are shaking all the time, moving my legs around helps but I can't be moving around as I'm trying to sleep.
I'm really worrying that it's something to do with my heart, as sometimes I feel as if it's in sync with my heart beat :/ I worry that my BP is really high so it's making my whole body shake. I had it the other night when it was even travelling into my arms, and it felt a little painful.
I'm 17, have had ECG's and an echo done in the past and all were fine. Had blood tests a month or two ago and they were all fine too.
Anyone know what it could be?
