Hard "click" when I swallow

This just started a few days ago after a bad day obsessing about the front of my neck and wiggling it around. It doesn't hurt, its more annoying. :( I can angle my chin up and it doesn't do it. Sometimes I don't notice and it only happens when I'm not swallowing food or drink. Ugh! This needs to go away.

Anyone else?

Yes after a couple of weeks. I had the lump in throat for at least 2 mths

Hi folks. Yeah i,v had this for over 12months now. It only happens when i turn my head at certain angles then swallow. I saw my GP who told me it was something to do with the muscles in your throat. he says no one knows what causes it but its harmless. I was,nt convinced so i googled "Clicking feeling when swallowing" and it confirmed what my GP said, so please dont worry about it. :)x
