Black specs in vomit and stool!!! Help!

I'm 19 and have been suffering from abdominal pain for 2 months after a big alcohol binge which made me very sick.

I didn't drink a long time after until last week when I vomited and there were black specs in the vomit

I went to the doctor and he gave me gastro restraint capsules and sent me for blood tests.

I often have stomach pain and strange gurgling sensations.

I also have large, foul smelling fatty stools which I have noticed black specs in.

I am now completely fresking out that it's all digested blood and that I have internal bleeding!

Could it be your diet? Fatty, mucusy stools can be an indication of many things including IBS or an allergy/intolerance of a food.
It sounds like you may have some sort of reflux. Did the dr give you omeprazole? That usually helps me.

I'm currently being tested for celiac disease. IBS has been suggested and I took fybogel for a month which seemed to help but the stool has stayed a strange texture throughout.

Been on the omeprazole for 2 weeks now and waiting for it to make an impact,
