Hi everyone,
My name is Jack, I'm 18, and I'm from the UK. I have suffered from severe panic disorder and agoraphobia for about 5 years now, though I'm well on the road to recovery now. I also suffer a bit of pure O OCD, which I am struggling to get to grips with, though it is improving a bit. I guess I'm here to share some of my experiences and help those suffering with panic disorder/ agoraphobia on their journey to recovery, while also looking for help to beat my pure O too. I should mention that I'm currently taking citalopram :)
