tightness in the head

Does any body get a reall tight feeling in the head with light headednes and a really spaced out feeling and sometimes you feel like you are going to pass out but you don't. This is really scaring me.

I too get this feeling and it is not a nice sympton to have, its just one of many that you get with anxiety. I'm having one of these episodes just now and i'm working hard to distract myself from thinking about it as thats the only way it'll pass.

Hi there, am sorry you are feeling so bad right now..the symptoms you describe are some of the most common with anxiety. I know that doesn't help much, but try having a look through some of the older posts here and the home pages and i can guarantee you will feel a little re-assured. take care and keep in touch, you are not alone and you will not faint!!!!
