Please help me, I just nearly had a full blown panic attack in frankie and bennys and now I'm sat in the car while my husband does shopping in morrisons I am worried because my diazepam is at home :(( there was no reason whatsoever for this anxiety we were just eating breakfast? I was on 20mg citaloptam for a year an now been upped to 40mg just Over a week ago I'm scared :(((

Try and take deep breaths. I know it's hard I had several this week - but remember you're not in any danger and that you're just highly focused on the feelings. Try and distract yourself for now - if you're in the car park count the number of red cars or even the number of 'a's in this message! It will pass and you're going to be ok.

Hi Sue, thanks again I came home took half a Valium and did loads of cleaning I just feel exhausted now, thanks so much for being there xx
