Trembling/vibrating

I'm starting to feel a little more positive in my head but I still have physical symptoms such as an inside trembling or vibrating and occasional lightheaded. Can symptoms still exist even if your feeling a bit better in your head?

Yes for sure they can. I get that vibrating inside even when im relaxed
