Not coping is :weep:there anything that can help me cope a bit better till I get CBT therapy? Someone please help please

Try and keep your body as relaxed as possible.

Go for a gentle walk if you can - this can help take the mind off things and release some endorphins.

Try to cut back on caffeine and processed sugar which can cause big spikes in anxiety.

One thing I found which really helped was chamomile tea. Its quite cheap and you could always use two bags if you want it stronger. If you don't like the taste a spoonful or two of honey can make it more palatable :)
