morning after pill, spotting after period-SCARED

I know i have been a complete idiot and done the worst thing i could do with having "health anxiety"

I took the morning after pill about 3 weeks ago, had a normal period at normal time week after taking it.
Came off period last wednesday.
Then yesterday (one week after finishing period) i have started spotting. (sorry guys)

Is this normal? - I thought you could only have spotting before the due period not after it?

Has it just messed up my menstral cycle?

PLEASE HELP ANYONE, GETTING REALLY WORKED UP HERE!

i think you will find this is normal, but you should check with your local family planning clinic or your GP.

I just took it as well a few weeks ago and I'm just getting off my period. My dr. said not to be surprised if I see irregularity "in the next month or so," so I would think this was normal. Sometimes you can spot when ovulating. Perhaps the hormones knocked your cycle off a bit? Just a thought, but a call to your dr. would ease your mind. Take care.
