Blinking Hard/Headache

I have a thing where I blink really hard for a couple of seconds at at time, mainly only happens when I'm at work or I'm really nervous. On Monday I was doing this lots throughout the day until the afternoon when I got a really bad headache, and told myself to stop this. Three days later I've still got a headache and my eyes are hurting when I moved them around. The pain seems to get worse throughout the day. I do suffer from migraines with aura, which I take 10mg of Amitriptyline daily for but this is not a migraine. Convinced myself I've got a brain tumour or aneurysm.

Do you do this on purpose or inadvertantly?

I don't want to, but feel like I have to sometimes. If I don't then something will happen, you know the usual OCD things.

Oh right it's an OCD thing. Perhaps count how often you do it in the day and try to reduce the number bit by bit, it's something you can break out of.
