Can anyone tell me if this is normal as Im starting to worry ive got heart failure or something? xx

First of all: Great that you quit smoking!!! :yesyes:
It's always good to have a doctor look at it, just to make sure. But a lot of things happen when you quit smoking. I quit smoking with a group and we had regular meetings after quitting. Some people were coughing like crazy (it was their bodies getting rid of all the built up toxins in the lungs) and others got muscle aches etc. One thing is certain, your breathing pattern changes and this influences your whole body. Some breathing exercises can help in this case. So my advice: quick check up at the doc's to be sure and try some breathing exercises.
