Yes, can definitely relate to this and as much as I am always so drained, I don't sleep too well either...

I think when your mind is constantly on 'high alert' this can be very draining also meds can make you feel like this too. Not sure what the answer is...perhaps a brisk walk for 10 minutes or so in the fresh air would help if you are able to do that?

I agree that a good walk is helpful. Even when I feel rubbish, staggering about with the dog is helpful.
