Hello guys
A three judge panel has concluded today that the assessment used by the Department of Work and Pension, the WCA, unfairly assess those with mental illnesses and is "unlawful". They have called for a reform but the DWP want to appeal. In the mean time mental illness and autism charities have called for reassessments to be halted until a reform has been made.
This is fantastic news which should bring an end to mental health discrimination on this level!
